Following the success of the Regional Dinners organized by FEN, French Cooking classes are offered every Winter, Spring, and Summer. They are taught by renowned French Chef Jacques Boiroux in his private kitchen in Seattle. These Classes are a great opportunity to discover French Cuisine and get cooking tips and tricks!
